Production Support Specialist

Title: Production Support Specialist 
Location: Toronto | Onsite 

Job Description:
Our company is looking for a Production Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• JCL Automation scripting and involved in process improvements like value adds
• Understanding of SRE principles and focus to drive day to day work towards implementing SRE framework or implementation in Operating Systems 80 Windows 20
• Should be able to run SQL queries basic to intermediate level
• Good in data analysis and controls and access management
• Should be able to work independently
• Should be able to run SQL queries basic to intermediate level, implement commands, debug the programs to identify the root cause

Required Skills:

• 6 years of programming experience in Unix shell scripting
• Nice to have Hadoop Hive platform Cloudera OpenShift Java application support experience will be advantage
• Interacting with ServiceNow on incidents problems service requests change deployments
• Dev Ops process and deployments automated releases Good understanding or implemented CICD pipeline
• Linux shell scripting skills are required at intermediate level SQL Server database and SQL queries and tuning
