YOUR ROLE

As the SAP Manufacturing Stream Lead, your role will be to drive the development and implementation of SAP PP QM solutions, ensuring seamless integration of production and quality control processes to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

• Spearhead the conception and execution of SAP PP QM solutions, fostering collaboration with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment with manufacturing objectives;
• Drive seamless integration of production and quality control processes across SAP modules, optimizing workflow efficiency and data integrity;
• Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing business requirements, offering strategic recommendations to streamline operations and enhance productivity;
• Provide continuous functional support and expert guidance to internal stakeholders on the utilization of SAP PP QM systems, ensuring smooth operation and maximizing system capabilities;
• Develop and implement tailored training programs for end-users, facilitating comprehensive understanding and effective adoption of SAP solutions within the manufacturing environment;
• Evaluate the ramifications of SAP updates and changes on manufacturing operations, proactively implementing change management strategies to minimize disruptions and maintain operational continuity.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP solutions in PP and QM modules;
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and quality control processes, as well as industry best practices;
• Experience as a functional consultant on SAP projects, preferably with a specialization in SAP S/4HANA;
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and provide ongoing support to end-users;
• Strong leadership abilities, including team management and knowledge sharing Client-centric mindset and the ability to collaborate with multicultural teams;
• Fluency in English + German.
