What you can expect from us.

• Coordinating with the client counterpart on overall planning for project, ensuring control of the scope, deadlines, costs and quality of deliverables
• Proposing and supporting any change in the organization of projects aimed at improving efficiency and performance
• Ensuring all work is supported by signed Statement of Work with customers

What we expect from you.

• Excellent communication skills – able to express him/herself well, written and verbal, in all types of conversations
• Deep and strong understanding of SAP SD on S4HANA
• Able to analyse and understand client business processes
• Able to guide and lead junior team members.
• Must be skilled in user support, troubleshooting and error resolution.
• Experience in resolving SD/MM master data issues
• Experience in Back Order Processing
• Knowledge of Interfaces: IDOC processing, API, PI, RFC interfaces.
• Knowledge of Master data cutover activities.
• Basic knowledge/understanding of ABAP to work with developers
• Fluent in English.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of aATP and Debugging skills is an advantage
• Typical Day in Life will be:
  • Gather requirements, Translate business needs into Functional Specifications
  • SAP SD Business processes configuration and system customization
  • Maintain data mapping document of interfaces & conversions.
  • Deliver user trainings
  • Take responsibility for managing team and production support/roll-out.
• French Mandatory
