For our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Financial Services Intern for a period of 6+ months in our Geneva office

Bring to life what's next

• Project support at the customer's site in one of our consulting teams
• Taking on small, independent (parts of) projects
• Collaboration in data collection and analysis as well as information gathering
• Preparation and execution of client workshops
• Getting to know the consultant skillset and our methodologies

Your qualifications

• Academic excellence: student in the final phase of your Master’s Degree
• Industry knowledge: initial knowledge in the financial services industry, wealth or asset management is a plus
• Consulting experience: initial expertise (internship)  in consulting and or project management is a plus
• Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations,  and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken) and French (Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
• Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
• Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
