We are looking for an experienced Project manager - PMO.


Job description
•    Follow the methodology and use the project management techniques defined by the PMO 
•    Guarantee, before execution, the implementation of all aspects necessary for the conduct of the project and in particular ensure the agreement of
      the Sponsor to the execution of the project plans
•    Contribute to meeting objectives
•    Set and monitor project indicators (objectives, costs, deadlines, risks, quality, communication, resources, etc.) and feed the reporting and    
      communication framework
•    Manage the consolidated schedule, define and monitor the critical path and key milestones
•    Ensure that the necessary deliverables have an identified manager
•    Involve, from the launch of the project, the different departments/lines and other relevant stakeholders
•    Coordinate and inform the different members of the project team
•    Lead project reporting and communication activities
•    Alert the COPIL and the CODIR of deviations outside of tolerance and present alternative solutions proposed by the project manager
•    Convene and prepare the CODIRs and COPILs and lead them
•    Produce and record the project report
•    Share, stimulate and apply good project management practices and coach project teams
•    Coach project teams on good practices and use of the framework

 

Your profile
•       University education
•       Project management certification (PMI, PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent)
•       Proven and successful experience of more than 8 years in managing inter-departmental projects and large-scale projects
•       Perfect mastery of cutting-edge project management practices and tools
•       Skill in organization and planning
•       Mastery of IT tools for reporting, notably PowerPoint and Excel
•       Excellent written and oral communication skills
•       Interpersonal skills, assertiveness and flexibility in the relationship with all stakeholders
•       Experience in steering a management committee
•       Rigor, spirit of synthesis, dynamism,
