For our fast-growing Enterprise Transformation team in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich, we are looking for a Business Transformation Manager - SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP) (m/f/d)

Bring to life what's next

• Be a trustworthy advisor who works with clients to develop innovative solutions to their most challenging business problems leveraging the SAP S/4HANA technology ecosystem
• Partner with clients in developing the vision and ambition for their business transformation program identifying value drivers, and opportunities to create new business models and improve existing business capabilities
• Understand current (as-is) and design future (to-be) client value streams cutting across process blocks and technologies, helping clients to excel operationally, generate additional revenues, and improve customer experience
• Lead the formulation of the business case for change, including quantifying expected costs and benefits, and obtaining the buy-in of client stakeholders
• Depending on your background and interest, develop in-depth knowledge of one or more functional areas (finance, sales, production, logistics, procurement, etc.) and the related SAP S/4HANA solutions, helping clients optimize their business processes
• Lead workstreams in SAP S/4HANA implementation programs
• Oversee the work of and coach junior team members
• Lead the business development activities including preparing, pitching, and successfully closing proposals for national and international clients for our S/4HANA consulting services

Your profile

• Outstanding Master’s degree in a renowned University in the field of Information Technology, STEM or Business Administration
• Work experience in Healthcare, Consumer Products, Retail or Manufacturing
• Seven or more years of pertinent consulting experience matching the job description in the domains of finance, sales, production, logistics, and/or procurement in a SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment
• Proven record of managing individuals, teams, and workstreams
• Ability to skillfully operate at the intersection of culture, strategy, process, and technology
• S/4HANA certification(s) desired and a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and successfully lead business development activities
• Emotional intelligence to succeed under ambiguity and uncertainty
• Experience in managing challenging and conflicting situations with calm and humility
• Curiosity and a strong desire to grow and learn
• Attention to detail and delivering against high quality standards
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English, and French or German is a must (at least C1 level written and spoken)
