Our Intelligent Industry team in Switzerland is looking for a Senior Consultant / Consultant in Smart Plant to join one of our offices (Zurich, Lausanne, Geneve).

Your qualifications

  • Academic excellence: Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related fields with outstanding academic records 
  • Industry knowledge: MES/MOM (Manufacturing Execution Systems / Manufacturing Operations Management), CBM & predictive/prescriptive maintenance solutions, Plant connectivity, IT/OT, digital twin, and connected worker applications (e.g. digital work instruction). Knowledge of process design, optimization, and implementation for smart plan operations 
  • Consulting experience: Up to 5 years of management consulting or engineering operations in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or life science sectors. Exposure to project management for complex transformation projects using agile frameworks and tools is preferred 
  • Conceptual talentStructured work capacity and high analytical skills to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm. Eagerness to learn, adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Lateral thinking and ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation
  • Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills 
  • Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills 
  • Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
