Our Intelligent Industry team in Switzerland is looking for a Manager in Digital Engineering to join one of our offices (Zurich, Lausanne, Geneve).

Collaborative teams operating in a decentralized manner must now synchronize their efforts to swiftly introduce new business models through innovative product solutions. Aiming at defining the engineering of the future with groundbreaking methods and technologies, we advise our clients in four thematic areas: 

• Idea, Portfolio & Complexity Management 
• Digital Engineering & Collaboration, Product Lifecycle Management 
• Digital Validation & Manufacturing Integration 
• IoT & Asset Lifecycle Management 

Your qualifications

• Academic excellence: Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related fields with outstanding academic records 
• Industry knowledge: Project management experience in complex transformation projects using agile frameworks and tools (e.g. Jira). Proficiency in process design, optimization and implementation for product creation. Knowledge of one or more Product Lifecycle tools (e.g. Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Arena/Windchill, Dassault Systèmes)
• Consulting experience: 6+ years of management consulting or engineering operations in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or life science sectors. Experience in management consulting is highly preferred 
• Conceptual talent: Lateral thinking and ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation. Structured work style to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm 
• Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills 
• Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills
• Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity)
