Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with business and process owners to drive automation and process enhancements, ensuring that project deliverables align with strategic goals. You will leverage your expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies to develop robust solutions that meet our organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and process owners to identify automation and process enhancement requirements.
  • Participate actively in strategic discussions regarding the automation roadmap and project planning with stakeholders.
  • Develop and automate projects within a Sprint model, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Utilize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI to implement automation solutions and generate reports.
  • Attend and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date project phases, deliverable statuses, and discussions in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Analyze data proactively to identify and envision automation opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-collaboration with stakeholders in India, Europe, and the USA, including offshore teams in India.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of total experience, with at least 2 years focused on Power Apps development.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform, including PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Portal.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse is preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
  • Strong development experience with JavaScript.
  • Keen interest in data and business analysis to inform development decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in agile methodologies and working within a Scrum framework.
  • Familiarity with best practices in automation and data analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
