Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis L3 Consultant to join our team. This role involves providing advanced SAP system administration, incident resolution, and ensuring high-quality standards in a dynamic SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external communications.
  • Conduct SAP system health checks, standard operations, and parameter changes.
  • Manage incidents, problems, change requests, and service requests.
  • Collaborate with the client to ensure successful project execution.
  • Operate and manage SAP HANA and Oracle databases.
  • Utilize SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring and performance analysis.
  • Conduct Early Watch Alerts (EWA) analysis and implement SAP security notes.
  • Oversee ERP & BI System monitoring and maintain quality standards in deliverables.
  • Provide 24x7 on-call support.

Required Skills

  • Experience: 7-10 years in SAP Basis administration, including ERP applications.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP interfaces, cloud technologies, and migration experience.
  • 5-7 years of expertise with SAP HANA and Oracle database operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and leadership capabilities.

Additional Knowledge (a Plus)

  • Experience with cloud integration platforms.
  • Proficiency in Java, REST, and other automation technologies.
