Onsite Level 1 Support Technician for Video Conferencing
We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Level 1 Support Technician to provide exceptional support for videoconferencing services
The successful candidate will assist with the setup maintenance and troubleshooting of videoconferencing equipment and ensure seamless operation during events
Key Responsibilities
1 Equipment Management o Assist in the reception transportation unpacking installation testing movement removal and resetting of videoconferencing equipment including Cisco systems screens microphones speakers and audio video systems under the guidance of Level 1
2 technicians o Support datacenter operations including servers and VG gateways Inventory and Stock Management o Manage stock inventory and ensure accurate documentation o Update the Configuration Management Database CMDB for both production and stock items
Preventive Maintenance o Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance visits to ensure optimal room conditions
Onsite Support o Provide onsite support for videoconferencing systems o Address incidents and requests updating
IT Service Management ITSM tools REMEDY with precise information
Event Support o Assist in the preparation and execution of events ensuring all videoconferencing technology operates smoothly
Testing and Documentation o Perform hardware tests and installations as needed o Update and maintain documentation related to equipment and processes
Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, Strong sense of customer service and responsiveness to client needs, Ability to handle specific customer requests with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements Fluent in English. Working model 100 onsite
