Capgemini, a global leader in digital transformation, is looking for a Product Owner  to manage and design high-level infrastructures in highly regulated and security-focused environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage a small team, ensuring progress and success across multiple tasks in parallel.
• Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and test VMWare ESX infrastructure for high efficiency and reliability.
• L3 Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve complex Level 3 issues with minimal external support.
• Technical Requirements Translation: Convert backlog output items into specific technical features and oversee their lifecycle.
• Technical Documentation: Write HLDs and LLDs for the features to be delivered, along with other Agile artifacts.
• Design & Planning Participation: Actively engage in brainstorming and Agile events (roadmap, scrum, stand-ups).
• Continuous Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve and innovate infrastructure and processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Report project status to the Product Owner and other stakeholders, aligning expectations and progress.

 Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical delivery and infrastructure.
• Strong experience in designing, implementing, and testing VMWare ESX infrastructure.
• Ability to manage complex Level 3 issues with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in highly regulated, security-focused environments.
• English B2/C1 or higher, with the ability to lead meetings and manage communications in English.
• Excellent technical skills and the ability to work under pressure.

 Additional Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to identify innovation opportunities in the technology landscape.
• Expertise in technical documentation and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
