We are currently looking for a SAP Basis Administrator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP Basis changes (Windows KBs, Kernel, RTCCTOOL, DB patches, Reposcan, Hana client, Support Packages, addons) via ServiceNow ticketing.
  • Handle SAP Basis incident management through ServiceNow.
  • Implement SAP notes and manage SAP TMS.
  • Open SAP OSS connections.
  • Conduct user management (roles, profiles).
  • Administer SAP systems running on Linux and Windows, along with associated database servers.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for deliverables.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance activities (OBH).

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience as an SAP Basis administrator.
  • Experience with SAP System restart (CI/Apps Servers & DB services).
  • Proficient in SAP TMS and Kernel patching, including support packages.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems monitoring (Zabbix/Centreon) and alert handling.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
