The Project Manager in the ITOps Department will play a critical role in the planning, execution and monitoring of technology projects.
This professional will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams within the Operations department to ensure timely delivery of projects and efficient management of resources to achieve objectives.
It will also ensure the technical coherence and continuity of the roadmap for sustainable growth.
PRE-REQUIREMENTS
• Master, Bachelor's degree, Computer engineering or telecommunications.
• Agile methodologies
• At least 5 years of provable experience in similar position.
• B2 English Level, fluent- writing, speaking and reading.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Specific Knowledge:
• Previous experience as a project manager in IT.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to rapid change.

• Technical knowledge of systems engineering

ACTIVITIES
Project Planning:
• Work with stakeholders to understand project objectives and specific requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements and budgets.
• Facilitate the assignment of roles and responsibilities to team members within ITOps
• Ensure that projects are developed in accordance with the defined requirements and adjust the scope as necessary
• Identify changes and risks.
Implementation:
• Coordinate the execution of projects with the team leaders, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage and mitigate project risks by implementing effective strategies.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay within budget.
Communication and Collaboration:
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams and customers.
• Facilitate regular meetings to keep everyone informed on the status of the project.
Resource Management:
• Monitor and allocate resources, reach agreements with team leaders, ensure efficient use of resources.
• Manage budgets and track project costs.
Evaluation and Documentation:
• Carry out regular assessments of project performance, highlighting any variances and risks.
• Document lessons learned and best practices to improve future projects.
