Título:  SuccessFactors Senior Consultant/Manager

Role Overview:

Do you have a strong background in Operations and Enterprise Transformation? Do you like technology and its impact on the operating model?

We need professionals with experience in Consulting who have knowledge and experience in transformation and improvement initiatives with a focus on employee experience and/or SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll have a history of successful HR cloud vendor selections, SAP SuccessFactors implementation rollouts, HR process improvements & projects that have involved improved operations across people, processes, technology and data. You will have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges, and leading teams in strategy and transformation engagements. You have participated in initiatives linked to SAP SuccessFactors, such as implementations, assessments and rollouts or have developed skills as a final user with a clear overview of the solution and how it’s linked to the other areas of the operating model.

Main Responsibilities:

  •  Leading the digital transformation of the human resources function across the globe
  • Successfully manage global rollouts of HR Cloud solutions,especially SAP SuccessFactors
  •  Designing and implementing HR processes & technologies and transitioning clients to new HR business models and advanced employee experiences
  •  Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader
  •  Leading and managing cross-functional teams located locally and virtually
  •  Working with Business Development Executives to identify and develop opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience in international SAP Successfactors rollouts and global standardization (Preferred Employee Central module) covering different core industries
  •  Experience in HR processes, transformation, project delivery, process consulting & HR operating models, strategy, and business case development
  •  Strong project management experience, organization and Team Leadership
  •  Knowledge of standard HR processes with experience across multiple sectors
  • Excellent communication, client management and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, desirable French or German
