Role Overview:

As a Manager, you will assume a leadership role in orchestrating the synergy between business concepts and technological frameworks within our organization. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing a dedicated team of professionals, guiding them in the exploration of strategic consulting, digital architecture, and business acumen to devise unparalleled solutions for our clients.

In addition to your own contributions, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative environment, nurturing the talents of your team, and facilitating their professional development. Your role will involve aligning team objectives with organizational goals, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of our client engagements. Drawing upon your expertise, you will provide mentorship and guidance to team members, empowering them to excel in their respective roles.

As a key liaison between upper management and the team, you will communicate strategic directives, facilitate decision-making processes, and drive the implementation of innovative initiatives. Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic consulting, digital architecture, or related fields.
• You will have a strong track record of working with or leading and developing diverse teams.
• You’ll bring experience in Procurement transformation in one or more of the following sectors: Retail and Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities.
• You will have demonstrable experience across a representative sample of the following:

• Procurement strategy, deep knowledge of Procurement process and process design/optimisation, operating model design delivery and identifying and delivering enabling technology
• Procurement transformation and benefits case realisation using digital technologies and data orchestration
• Sustainability driven solutions – including Supplier and Sub Tier Risk Management, mapping and measurement of organisations.
• Procurement processes including Source to Contract, Purchase to Pay and invoice processing
