What will you do in the project? Team Leader role.
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of technicians and engineers in the delivery of CISCO Unified Communications managed services.
To feel comfortable in the position, you need to be able to get along well with these knowledge and responsibilities:
The primary objective of this role is to ensure operational excellence meet service level agreements SLA and ensure client satisfaction by overseeing the implementation maintenance and resolution of incidents related to CISCO systems devices and platforms ensuring optimal performance in high availability environments
Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
Lead and coordinate a team of support engineers and technicians specialized in CISCO solutions
Ensure the team meets the client s objectives and business needs by monitoring quality and delivery timelines
Foster a dynamic inclusive and proactive work environment promoting continuous improvement and ongoing team member training
Conduct periodic performance evaluations and facilitate professional growth for team members enhancing technical and interpersonal skills
2. Project Coordination and Infrastructure Maintenance:
Oversee projects for the implementation updates and optimization of CISCO infrastructure ensuring they align with client requirements
Ensure project delivery within established timelines minimizing downtime and service disruptions
3. Performance Management SLA:
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure the team meets the agreed service level agreements SLAs with the client
Monitor KPIs and service metrics to ensure the effectiveness efficiency and quality of implemented solutions
Generate and present detailed weekly and monthly reports on SLA compliance team performance and client satisfaction
Follow up to ensure continuous improvement of services and processes
4. Client Interaction:
Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the technical team managing expectations and ensuring that client requirements are properly interpreted and met
Participate in regular meetings with the client to review service performance and explore continuous improvement opportunities
Manage problem escalations ensuring fast response times and effective solutions for critical issues
5. Problem Resolution:
Manage and resolve incidents related to CISCO systems devices and platforms ensuring service continuity and performance
Ensure adequate response times for critical incidents and provide effective solutions to maintain uninterrupted operations for the client
6. Team Training and Development:
Be responsible for the annual team evaluation identifying areas for improvement and professional development opportunities
Collaborate in the continuous tracking of professional growth ensuring each member receives the necessary support in their technical training and interpersonal skills development
Foster a continuous learning environment ensuring the team remains updated on the latest CISCO Unified Communications innovations
English mandatory skill: International environment so a good level of English is necessary read spoken and written
