Job Description:

Your missions will be as follows:

• Ensure a close relationship with the project's multidisciplinary team: Product Owner, Developer, Tester, Technical Writer,
• Ensure the proper application of the Scrum method,
• Conduct Agile ceremonies: daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective
• Foster communication, decision-making and facilitate exchanges between different stakeholders,
• Create a caring environment while maximizing team productivity and process improvement: animate and motivate the team; anticipate and manage any conflicts,
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and verify deliveries...

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

• Garantir une relation étroite avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire du projet : Product Owner, Développeur, Testeur, Rédacteur technique,
• Être garant de la bonne application de la méthode Scrum,
• Conduite des cérémonies Agiles : daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, rétrospective
• Favoriser la communication, la prise de décision et faciliter les échanges entre les différents intervenants,
• Créer un environnement bienveillant tout en maximisant la productivité de l’équipe et l’amélioration des processus : Animer et motiver l’équipe ; anticiper et gérer les éventuels conflits,
• Communiquer avec les équipes transverses et vérifier les livraisons...

Qualifications

• Graduate with a level of at least a Bachelor's degree (bac+5), and you have a significant minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles.
• You have solid experience as a Scrum Master and a genuine PLM culture.
• You understand the importance of the values of the Agile Manifesto and can transmit them internally and externally.
• You promote self-improvement in all its forms and can mobilize your ecosystem to support these actions.
• You can guide the team to become autonomous, collaborative, and capable of producing at a sustainable pace.
• You possess excellent communication skills and experience with Agile methodology, including Safe.

• Diplômé(e) de niveau bac+5, vous disposez d'une expérience significative de 4 ans minimum sur des fonctions similaires,
• Vous avez une solide expérience en tant que Scrum Master et disposez d'une vraie culture du PLM.
• Vous comprenez l'importance des valeurs du manifeste Agile et vous savez les transmettre en interne comme à l’externe.
• Vous poussez l'auto amélioration sous toutes ses formes et vous savez mobiliser votre écosystème pour qu'il supporte ces actions.
• Vous savez accompagner l'équipe pour qu’elle devienne autonome, collaborative et qu'elle puisse produire à un rythme soutenable.
• Vous possédez une excellente communication et une expérience de la méthodologie Agile voire Safe.
