Job description

As a Senior SAP  Consultant, you will manage and oversee SAP development activity as part of Application Maintenance Outsourcing for a large group.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assessing standard SAP solutions as fit/gaps with the business requirements and assess customized solutions as fit/gaps with the business requirements
• Writing functional specifications and work with developers
• Analyzing, advising, and making recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical solutions implemented
• Working collaboratively with other experts (architects, functional consultants, etc.) to research and provide solutions
• Managing the interface with functional teams
• Providing training to users
• Testing the SAP system; manage system defects
• Prototyping future SAP solutions for gaps, together with the Design team
• Providing post go-live support

En tant que consultant  SAP sénior, vous serez chargé de la gestion et de la supervision des activités de développement SAP dans le cadre de la maintenance des applications externalisées pour un grand groupe.

Vos principales responsabilités comprendront :

• Évaluer les solutions SAP standard en termes de compatibilité avec les exigences commerciales et évaluer les solutions personnalisées en termes de compatibilité avec les exigences commerciales
• Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et travailler avec les développeurs
• Analyser, conseiller et faire des recommandations pour améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience des solutions techniques mises en place
• Travailler en collaboration avec d'autres experts (architectes, consultants fonctionnels, etc.) pour rechercher et proposer des solutions
• Gérer l'interface avec les équipes fonctionnelles
• Fournir une formation aux utilisateurs
• Tester le système SAP ; gérer les défauts du système
• Prototyper les futures solutions SAP pour les écarts, en collaboration avec l'équipe de conception
• Fournir un support après la mise en service

Qualifications:

Coming from an engineering school or university curriculum, you hold a Bac+5 degree in computer science.

•   You have 7 years of experience as a  consultant SAP
• You also have significant experience in offshore SAP TMA projects.

Your language skills:

•  French: Fluent.
•  English: Fluent
