Qualifications

• You are a graduate of a major engineering school or equivalent (BAC+5).
• You have a good level of French and English (Intermediate level with a good understanding).
• You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have a good autonomy and the right technical automatisms in Java environment to be able to carry out your missions.
• You have already managed a team of developers and you like helping others, helping them grow and supporting them in their development.
• You have a good knowledge of Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, Oracle and the ability to quickly build skills on unmastered Frameworks.
• You know how to evolve in an agile environment and/or V cycle.

• Vous êtes lauréat d'une grande école d'ingénierie ou équivalent (BAC+5).
• Vous avez un bon niveau de français et d'anglais (Niveau intermédiaire avec une bonne compréhension).
• Vous avez un minimum de 8 ans d'expériences dans un poste similaire.
• Vous avez une bonne autonomie et les bons automatismes techniques en environnement Java pour pouvoir mener à bien tes missions.
• Vous avez déjà géré une équipe de développeurs/développeuses et tu aimes aider les autres, les faire grandir et les accompagner dans leur développement.
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance des Framework : Spring, Hibernate, Oracle et la capacité de monter rapidement en compétences sur les Framework non maîtrisés.
• Vous savez évoluer en environnement agile et/ou cycle en V.

As a Senior Software Engineer JAVA, your main missions will be:

• Carrying out complex developments and grow in technical expertise in JAVA environment.
• Accompanying and coach a team of developers.
• Anticipating and propose technical solutions to move projects forward.
• Carrying out code reviews and ensure that developments are carried out correctly.
• Designing/transforming a variety of projects into micro-services.

• Réalisation des développements complexes et grandir en expertise technique en environnement Java
• Accompagnement et coaching d'une équipe de développeurs.
• Anticipation et proposition des solutions techniques pour faire avancer les projets.
• Réalisation les revues de code et s’assurer de la bonne réalisation des développements.
• Conception / transformation de projets en micro-services.
