Job Description

• Analyze and evaluate user requirements, specifications, and modules
• Participate in the testing strategy and design
• Develop and implement testing tools
• Create test data, write procedures
• Log the results of test execution
• Participate in writing the summary report
• Monitor anomalies
• Write test plans
• Propose and implement quality actions, preventive or corrective
• Conduct test reviews
• Manage and develop teams' skills
• Be a reference and in front office with the project and the client who issues the order.

• Création des données de tests, écriture des procédures
• Consignation des résultats de l'exécution des tests
• Participation à l'écriture du rapport de synthèse
• Suivi des anomalies
• Rédaction des plans de test 
• Proposition et Mise en œuvre les actions qualité, préventives ou correctives
• Réalisation de la revue de tests
• Management et montée en compétence des équipes
• Être référent et en front office avec le projet ainsi que le client donneur d'ordre

Qualifications

Do you have a Bac+5 degree and a strong analytical sense?

• Being a graduate of a top engineering school or equivalent (BAC+5)
• Have a good level of French and English (Intermediate level with good comprehension)
• Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position
• Have strong persuasion skills and developed leadership qualities
• Master software development methods, standards, and tools...
• Master test and anomaly management tools (Quality Center, Mantis, JIRA)
• Be familiar with continuous delivery/deployment techniques and methods
• Be familiar with agile processes and tools, particularly Scrum
• Have significant management experience.

• Être lauréat d’une grande école d’ingénierie ou équivalent (BAC+5)
• Avoir un bon niveau de français et d’anglais (Niveau intermédiaire avec une bonne compréhension)
• Avoir un minimum de 8 ans d’expériences dans un poste similaire
• Avoir la force de persuasion et un sens de leadership développé
• Maîtriser des méthodes, des normes et des outils de développement logiciel… 
• Maîtrise des outils de gestion des tests et des anomalies (Quality Center, Mantis, JIRA) 
• Connaître les techniques et méthode de livraison/déploiement en continue 
• Connaître les processus et outillages agile, notamment Scrum
• Avoir une expérience significative en management
