Microsoft Power Platform Architect (Any UK base - Hybrid)

The job on offer

Our Solution Architects shape and define technical solutions and designs for our clients using the Power Platform and wider Microsoft technology stack including Dynamics 365 and Azure. They manage the high and low-level design, inform technical risk analysis, and support estimation and planning on projects. They work with a client from the earliest stages of a project, potentially in a pre-sales capacity, through to delivery and ‘go live’, and also provide technical leadership and support to Programme Directors or Engagement Managers.

As a member of our solution architecture team, you will bring a mix of technical skills, industry insight, business acumen and leadership. You will forge close working relationships not only with our architecture and engineering teams in the UK and India but also with the many other disciplines in Capgemini, such as engagement managers and account executives. You will take a leading role in both delivery and business development to shape and design innovative, custom solutions for our clients

Your role

•    Work in collaborative teams in an Agile environment with end-to-end ownership of shaping and delivering Power Platform solutions, as well as defining the right architectural approach based on client needs
•    Maintain technical relationships with our clients and technology partners using your communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Support estimation, planning and delivery as a technical leader with exposure to and some experience with structured architecture approaches
•    Be a trusted technology adviser to our clients as well as to Capgemini colleagues

Your profile

•    Background in Microsoft technology with experience in building scalable, resilient, and secured applications using the Power Platform, as well as utilising the capabilities of Dynamics 365 and Azure
•    Hands on technical implementation experience and knowledge of how to build and deploy Power Platform solutions, with a passion for and knowledge of the Power Platform and understanding of Dynamics 365
•    Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), ideally using Azure DevOps
