Job Title: Business Analyst Cards & Payments 
Location: Manchester, UK
Travel/Relocation/Remote: Hybrid 3 days / Week

Capgemini is seeking a Business Analyst – Cards & Payments

  • Lead the elicitation of business requirements for payment contingent solutions from stakeholders and business units IBSs.
  • Analysis failure scenarios to understand the utilization of contingent processes during outage events.
  • Assess the impact of failure scenarios on the ability of contingent processes to prevent harm to the bank and clients.
  • Collaborate with application delivery teams to review user stories, designs, and test plans.
  • Ensure alignment of deliverables with program requirements and high-level design.
  • Work closely with operations teams to define business readiness deliverables for contingent processes.
  • Understand contingent processes delivered by various IBSs and MSOs and their impact on payments contingent processes.
  • Required experience in a business analyst/product owner role on complex technical change integration programs.
  • Essential knowledge of the payments domain.
  • Strong skills in risk management and problem-solving.
  • Experience in presenting to upper management.
  • Additional skills preferred: experience in resiliency, recovery, and infrastructure build programs; technology delivery in a financial environment.
