All our roles are permanent, full-time positions, based in London where you will have the opportunity to work with our clients all-over London and occasionally further afield.

Responsibilities

•    Collaborating closely with your data colleagues to deliver client projects in a timely manner.
•    Support the Data Practice on internal projects & work on business solutions.
•    Provide reporting using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)
 

Skills

•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to work in a team-working and collaborative environment.
•    A professional attitude
•    Good problem-solving skills
•    Be able to connect and work with our clients independently or as a team.
•    An understanding of SQL and python.
 

Entry Requirements

•    A degree preferably in the following areas: Computer Science, Economics, Maths or similar.
•    To have the right to work in the UK.
•    To have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years.
•    Available to start in June/July 2024
 

What you will learn

•    We will provide you with regular virtual & classroom training courses to ensure that you are client ready.
•    Exposure to learn new technical skills like SQL, Python, R, or visualisation reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView etc)
•    Get certifications and training in Cloud Technologies like AWS, GCP or Azure and other data related and industry specific qualifications.
•    Learn how to build efficient SQL queries to detect anomalies in data & root cause analysis.
•    Learn how to use analytical tools and statistical modelling.
•    Get bespoke mentoring from our top Data Consultants to help shape your career.
•    Receive consulting experience on how to deal with clients in the Financial Services industry.
 

After the graduate programme, what’s next?

Once you’ve completed the graduate programme, you’ll continue to receive lots of support from Capgemini, as you develop into an associate consultant and look to focus on what you want to specialise in. Whether it is a Business Analyst working with Banking or Insurance clients, a Data Analyst or even Data Scientist! 
You’ll also have the chance to explore different career paths. You will be given the responsibility to work in client-facing roles or further explore the chance to work on internal solutions. Whichever route you choose, we’ll provide support and training at every step of the way to ensuring you have all the tools and training you need to become an exceptional data consultant.
