The focus of your role

Capgemini is seeking an Microsoft Power Platform Architect  to join Capgemini Financial Services Digital Practice. This is a permanent, full-time position and this represents a unique opportunity for someone to enhance their Digital Consulting career.

What you'll do

  • Architect, Design and Develop scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Setting up and maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) Starter Kit to help customers manage and monitor the Power Platform in their organization
  • Establishing audit and compliance processes for Power Platform using the COE Starter Kit.
  • Develop POC’s and Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to demonstrate the business value of Power Platform
  • Lead Pre-Sales proposals response with cloud native solution architectures, estimates and optimal delivery models.
  • Providing thought leadership for new and emerging Microsoft solutions including Power Platform, Azure Open AI, etc.
  • Lead delivery teams using Power Platform with different backends’ such Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL or other databases
  • Integrate Power Platform with other systems using Azure Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions & REST API’s.

What you'll bring

  • 8 to 14 years of overall IT experience in either consulting, cloud application architecture, low-code/no-code app delivery and administration.
  • Experience in managing Power Platform environments and installing COE Starter Kit
  • Hands-on professional experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps), Power Automate, CoPilot Studio (PVA), AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, Dataverse, etc.
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions, market trends and value proposition
  • Experience in integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration services or other API Management platforms.
  • Experience in extending Power Platform using custom connectors and PCF
  • Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Automation in the context of Power Platform
  • Relevant Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, D365 and/or Azure/AWS cloud.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with technical and executive audiences.
