Capgemini is seeking a Product Owner - Claims

  • Commercial Insurance Claims Overall Purpose
  • The Information Technology Product Owner for the Claims Process in the insurance domain is responsible for owning and driving the development of IT products and solutions that enhance and optimize the claims processing lifecycle
  • This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders from various departments including claims adjusters underwriters IT developers and business analysts to understand business needs prioritize requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team
  • The Product Owner acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions
