Capgemini are looking for an experienced Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the financial sector according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Job Responsibilites

  • Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Implement Kanban boards and other Agile tools to facilitate project planning, tracking, and execution.
  • Manage change effectively by implementing Change Management processes and protocols.
  • Utilize PMP/Prince2 methodologies for project governance and compliance, particularly in Risk Management.
  • Lead project scoping, planning, and budgeting activities, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain Gantt Charts to visualize project timelines and milestones.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes and deliverables.
  • Utilize Trello and other project management tools for task management and collaboration.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
  • Foster client relationships and stakeholder management to ensure alignment and satisfaction with project outcomes.

Essential Skills

  • 5 -7 years of work experience as Project Manager
  • MBA from a top-B school
  • Experience in Financial Services, particularly in Retail/Corporate lending, Payments, and related areas
  • PMP/Prince2 certification is desirable
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and managing sprint-based deliveries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Strong understanding of Change Management principles and practices
  • Experience in CRM systems and vendor management is advantageous
