AIOps Enrichment & Ongoing Configuration Engineer | 6 to 9 years | Mumbai & Bengaluru

Job Description

• Implement and manage AIOps solutions for enriching and enhancing monitoring data.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate ongoing configuration tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Utilize machine learning and AI techniques to analyze monitoring data and identify optimization opportunities.
• Configure and fine-tune AIOps systems to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
• Monitor AIOps performance and reliability, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for AIOps enrichment and ongoing configuration.

Primary Skills

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with AIOps platforms and tools such as Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI), Moogsoft, or Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
• Knowledge of IT operations and monitoring principles.

Secondary Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
