Job Description
- Develop, write, and update aircraft maintenance manuals in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Create clear, concise, and well-organized technical content for the manuals, ensuring readability and user-friendliness.
- Translate complex technical information into easily understandable language for a diverse audience, including maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Stay informed about aviation regulations and ensure that all manuals adhere to the latest regulatory standards.
- Work closely with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for the manuals.
- Regularly review and update existing manuals to reflect changes in aircraft configurations, systems, and maintenance procedures.
- Manage revision control processes and maintain version histories for documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and technical publications, to gather information and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Address feedback from various stakeholders to improve the clarity and effectiveness of manuals.
- Conduct quality checks on manual content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the quality of documentation.

- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
