Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a VP level executive to lead the Banking & Capital Markets Practice for Insights & Data.

Primary Skills

This person:

• Have around 25+ years of experience managing a practice of Insights and Data.
• Should have experience and understanding managing large Datawarehouse/Data Lake/ Viz projects
• Have a good understanding of any of the clouds from data perspective
• Exposure and understanding of Banking & Capital Markets
• Managing a large practice 1000+ people
• Delivery Leadership & Governance
• Experience interaction with client to position offerings and working with accounts to ensure staffing , risk coverage and provide leadership from BCM I&D perspective
• Accountable for BCM Orderbook (Demand / Supply), forecasting working with accounts
• Single point of contact for all needs in India (Point of contact for NA, APAC, CE, UK)
• Good consulting and value proposition skills
• Focus on People aspect, Solutions that could be taken to market.

Secondary skills

• He/She/They will have at least 25 years of experience in Insights & Data.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
