Job Description

• Install, configure, migrate, upgrade, conversion and maintain the Control-M environment across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, UNIX).
• Manage and troubleshoot batch workflows, jobs, and scheduling issues.
• Monitor and maintain Control-M Agents, Servers, and other infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with application / infrastructure teams to ensure Control-M jobs meet business requirements.
• Develop, test, and implement Control-M job scheduling policies and procedures.
• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to the Control-M environment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
