Job Descriptions

Cutover lead  Work closely with the system owners to monitor the governance model that includes business and security processes for compliance Manage the command center infrastructure and issue risk escalation with each release and Assist with general project governance including monitoring task progress against project milestones for testing and cutover activities ii Cutover Management Partner with internal external stakeholders to develop release management strategies Coordinate and lead cutover events and Develop and deliver status reporting as required by the project team and internal external stakeholders Work Product 1 Governance Model Documentation Work Product Description Develop and obtain stakeholder approval on delivery strategy for all OneLab Enhancement releases and maintain existing process documentation as is and any to be will be created if required by PMO Work Product 2 Cutover Release Management Strategy Work Product Description Develop and obtain stakeholder approval on strategy for all cutover events Work Product 3 Detailed Cutover Schedule Work Product Description Collect schedule input from vendors developing components of the solution to be cutover during each cutover event and obtain stakeholder approval for hour by hour schedule Work Product 4 Cutover Status Reporting Work Product Description Develop key performance indicators to be shared with internal external stakeholders on a recurring basi
