DELIVERY MANAGEMENT/EXCELLENCE IN MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGIES | 16 TO 25 YEARS| BENGALURU

Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Sr Director level executive to play a Delivery Management/excellence and Portfolio Leader role in Microsoft Technologies who will work alongside Geography leads, Partners, Practices, Business Operations and Client Executives to expand the headcount growth of Capgemini. 
They will be responsible for partnering with Sr. Leadership to identify competencies and Microsoft technologies to take to market and work with the practices to solution this to closure. They will transform technology practices & delivery excellence processes by leading a structured workshop approach and collaborating with Practice Architects to expand company's core portfolios within the target customer base.
They will need to cultivate strong relationships across the enterprise in order to drive collaboration and alignment with key partners and stakeholders across pyramids on both process and technology. They will be responsible for supporting the business and bringing judgement on addressing critical enablers such as required management decisions, resolution of cross-program interdependencies, and resource gaps. In partnership with Senior Director, VP, Sr. Leadership, and PMO teams, they will develop critical leadership updates, risk and issue management, and resource deployment to achieve desired outcomes.

Primary Skills

  • Candidate for this position will have had 18-22 years of working experience in Microsoft Technology areas managing large delivery of portfolios/programs. 
  • The candidate will also have had vast and successful experience in bringing together diverse functions and building teams that include Delivery Management, Business Operations & Capability development, guiding them through successful projects. 
  • Facilitate the establishment and execution of the roadmap and vision for information delivery and management 
  • Experience in managing Projects /engagements in e2e delivery models, with exposure to managing teams consisting of Design, Development, Testing and Deployment and production support.
  • Managed Projects (AD, AM & SI) in multiple locations with direct interaction with customer and responsible for delivery.
  • Manage and support new & ongoing delivery of projects and Business Operations
  • Execute regular planning & delivery reviews.
  • Provide leadership in technology portfolio for enablement and innovation.
  • Manage customer relationship and enhance Capgemini’s slice of business within target market
  • Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify key skills and talent gaps in the organization and work to recruit, train, and retain talent
  • Governing the planning and fulfilment framework as end-to-end responsible for demand and supply planning, fulfilment and ongoing delivery.
  • Define and Manage Key performance indicators (KPIs) for the portfolio
     

Secondary Skills

  • Ability to drive high impact, cross-functional programs with senior leaders and overcome cultural challenges
  •  An understanding of industry operational excellence practices and the competitive GIC landscape 
  •  Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.) 
  • Strong problem solving, synthesizing, and analytical skills 
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, and work under ambiguous circumstances 
  • Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams 
  • Strong written, oral, communication, networking, and presentation skills 
  • Experience leading, motivating, and developing direct reports 
  • Occasional domestic travel required (about 40% of the time)
