DFT Engineer | 6 to 9 years | Bangalore

Job Description:

• Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in DFT domain is a must
• Proficient in DFT architectures & methodologies that includes Scan, ATPG, ABIST (Array BIST), LBIST (Logic BIST), BSCAN (Boundary Scan), JTAG, etc.
• Sound knowledge of tools/methodology (Industry standard Simulators and Accelerators, Synthesis, lining checks, Cadence tools, Industry standard ATPG/MBIST tools design compiler etc.
• DFT design on Physical design highly desirable
• Efficient debugging skills and demonstrated experiences in Python, Perl & TCL scripting are a must
• Proven Communications skills and the ability to effectively work with cross functional teams across geographies are required
• Looking for smart and enthusiastic Engineers to develop Design for Testability for our Processors
