Domain Lead in the telecommunications industry plays a critical role in driving the success of their domain by providing leadership, expertise, and strategic direction.

SKILLS LIST:
- In our case, mandatory: TELCO knowledge (verified), management skills and English
- Profile highly oriented to managing the operation of all the activities involved 
- Must ensure that service processes are adopted, as well as ensure the correct use of tools
- Controls and manages the Project Budget
- Control of the main operational indicators related to each activity
- Ensures correct service coverage
- Must ensure the quality of what is delivered
- Coordinate teams, assign resources
- Focus on continuous improvement of team performance
- Raise the different operational risks and incidents of the service to the domain lead
- Ensures that offshore is fully involved and committed to the service
- Manages the particularities of the Offshore team, in terms of tools and internal processes in India.
- Manages and supervises the improvement of knowledge within the team at all levels
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team working using Agile frameworks
- Good English level
