• SAN NAS EMC NetApp Nasuni Archive Cloud Storage
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills for both NAS SAN
• Good knowledge on Implementation configuration and migration techniques
• Need to have Knowledge on setup manage DR solution
• Need to have extensive knowledge on File storage Netapp Unity VNX ISILON
• Need to have knowledge on Brocade Cisco SAN Switch Operations using ITIL Framework Incident Management Problem Management
• Performance Management Configuration Management and Capacity Management
• Be the point of contact for external and internal communications
• Coordinating the storage tower cross delivery country location Standard run operation
• Work on incident problem change SR alignment with client doing health checks for the systems Identify automation opportunities align parameter changes
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
• Good communication presentation reporting and leadership skills
• Problem solving and conflict resolution ability
