Job Description

• The successful candidate will have a strong background in establishing, stabilizing, and optimizing  manufacturing operations utilizing MOM and Industry 4.0 concepts to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in production shopfloor.
• Consulting Skills
  • Experience creating and leading client proposals stitching the right mix of capability and Industry POV
  • A thought leader to demonstrate deep industry knowledge and innovation in auto manufacturing via POVs and assets.
  • Strong business development appetite while scanning market movements and creating opportunities of growth.
  • Strong project management abilities  with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Primary Skills

Smart Plant Functional Expertise

• MES capability assessment to formulate the functional architecture & design
• MES platform evaluation basis fitment across various strategic, financial and functional pillar
• Knowledge of MES tools like Siemens, NEXEED, PTC or Dassault will be an added advantage.
• Identify areas for improvement, mining digital use cases and develop strategies to enhance production efficiency, quality and reduce cost.
• Consult clients on the automation, IoT, and data analytics in the manufacturing space.
• Knowledge of IOT platforms like Insights Hub, Azure, AWS etc will be an added advantage.
• Utilize data analytics to extract insights from production data, make data-driven decisions and help manage performance indicators.

Secondary Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Production management, business management, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• MBA from tier-1 institutes not must but will be preferred.
