Job Description

•  
• Configure, deploy, and manage Proofpoint email security solutions.
• Collaborate with security architects to ensure optimal Proofpoint configurations.
• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to email security.
• Collaborate with Level 3 support and vendors for advanced issue resolution.
• Implement and maintain security policies related to email security and threat protection.
• Manage and enforce email security policies to mitigate risks.
• Administer and optimize Proofpoint solutions for phishing and malware protection.
• Monitor and respond to phishing and malware incidents.
• Generate and analyze reports on email security incidents and trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on security analytics.
• Plan and execute software upgrades and patches for Proofpoint systems.
• Stay informed about the latest releases and recommend updates as needed.
• Familiarity with other email security solutions and protocols.
• Experience with email encryption technologies.
• Scripting and automation skills for routine configuration tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for Proofpoint configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.
