Job Description

• Key accountabilities:
  • 14–16 years of proven experience in BPO in a global complex environment
  • Subject Matter Expertise in One of More Towers ( P2P/R2A/OTC)
  • Process Transformation Experience
  • Client relationship & Stakeholder Management
  • Automation & RPA Exposure segments
  • Supporting Growth, Sell Services & Product Development
  • Contract & Process Compliance
  • People Management
• • Additional Certification are desired like Lean/Six Sigma
  • Should have led large client Delivery/Transformation delivery in the F&A space
  • One/They should be Subject matter expert in the F&A domain – has a high level of expertise on Record to Report (R2R) processes including Controllership & Analysis, with a good level of understanding Order to Cash (O2C) Purchase to Pay (P2P)
  • Good experience in delivering Transformation projects for clients including Automation using Industry Tools Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Leadership skills in a multicultural environment managing Global/Regional Delivery
  • Ability to influence senior business stakeholders at the client end .
  • Strong relationship building, communication, influencing skills
  • Ability to bring innovation to challenges to overcome problems obstacles produce desired outcomes with limited direction
  • Strong commercial awareness project management ability
  • Experience in change management
  • Transformation mindset

Primary Skills

•  Leading multiple Service lines for a large Account in a matrix reporting relationship
• Prior experience in an MNC or BPO work culture
• Very good communication skills (both written oral);
• Ability comfort interacting with mid-management on client’s side;
• Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects MS Office;
• Must have experience with process design documentation
• Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills;
• Strong attention to detail
• Graduate/ MBA Finance
