• • Strong IAM domain knowledge and Technically lead the team on IBM- IGI/ISAM tool.
  • Strong hands-on development skills in IBM ISIM/IGI and ISAM tool
  • Strong hands on knowledge of IBM WebSphere
  • Experience in integrating with JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, SAP, ERP etc.
  • Knowledge in web services, XML, SOAP and JMS.
  • Developed several assembly line
  • Developed HRMS Assembly line for Identity Manager
  • Developed Custom Adapter for ISIM/IGI
  • Configured RBAC, Security policies, Provisioning Policy, Workflow
  • Knowledge on the Support life cycle
  • Client facing and presentation skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly with peers and supervisors.
  • Excellent Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience of developing and leading innovative solutions and "thinking outside of the box".
  • A "self-starter" to work both independently and with others, documenting and sharing solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate clearly with peers, managers and
  clients.
  • Mentor/Guide the team members as and when they are stuck on technical issues
  • Attend weekly and monthly calls with the Customer and present the IDAM Services review deck.
