IVR Application Developer | 8 -10 years | Bengaluru & Mumbai

Job Description

  • Experience in building solution and implementing CCaaS
  • Experience in implementation of Contact Center Solutions/Systems.
  • Experience with NICE inContact, Five9, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Talkdesk, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco or any other SaaS contact center solutions vendors is highly desired.
  • Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
  • Write clean, testable code using Java or .NET programming languages and open source technologies like Angular and React
  • Develop technical specifications
  • Test and debug various applications and API’s
  • Review and refactor code
  • Deploy fully functional applications

Primary Skill

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working in multi-client BPO provider with Contact Center Technology platforms predominantly having worked on Amazon Connect and platforms like, ServiceNow, Zendesk and any other CRM platforms with additional experience is cloud platforms
  • Experience with NICE inContact, Five9, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Talkdesk, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco or any other SaaS contact center solutions vendors is highly desired.

Secondary Skill

  • Deploy fully functional applications
  • Upgrade and maintain existing programs and technologies
