Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Director executive to lead the Insurance NA sector for Insights & Data Practice.

Primary Skills

This person:

• Has 20+ years of experience managing a practice of Insights and Data.
• Should have experience of leading large transformation programs involving core insurance applications, with a deep knowledge of Insurance domain
• Should have experience and understanding of managing large Data Engineering, AI/ Analytics and Data Trust projects
• Has a good understanding of cloud transformations and data modernization
• Will be managing a large sector of 900+ people
• Delivery Leadership & Governance
• Experience of client presentations to position offerings and working with accounts to ensure staffing, risk coverage and provide leadership from INS I&D perspective
• Accountable for INS Orderbook (Demand / Supply), forecasting working with accounts
• Single point of contact for all needs in India for North American and Canadian INS accounts
• Good consulting and value proposition skills
• Focus on People aspect, Solutions that could be taken to market

Secondary Skills

• He/She/They will have at least 20 years of experience in Insights & Data.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
