Linux Administrator with Vmware exp | 6 to 9 years | Mumbai & Bengaluru

Job Description

• Candidate should be a graduate with good communication and willingness to work in 24 x 7 operational support with rotational shifts and offs     
• 6-9 years of experience in a support capacity aligned with skills as expected below     
• Good in Unix Linux Solaris OS installation and troubleshooting with exp on Vmware (Esxi/ESX/Virtualization)
• Should have hands on in Veritas applications like NetBackup Volume Manager Cluster Server      
• Should be good to work as an ESX Admin     
• Familiar with storage technologies like  SAN  NAS Hitachi  Data Replication Systems      
• Exposure to server migration and cloud technologies     
• Working knowledge about installation and configuration of Solaris 11 LDOMS     
• Good with Kernel handling for drivers and libraries     
• Knowledge and exposure sufficient enough to guide or work with L1 junior staff members in handling troubleshooting issues     
• Good to have certification in at least 2 of these  Unix Linux Solaris VMWare or Azure          
• Good with Bash other scripting tools

Primary Skills

• Should have exp on Linux/Ubuntu/CentOS Administration.
• Hands on exp into Vmware(Virtualization/ESX/Esxi/Hyper-V)/Virtualization tools.
