Job Description

ETL Developer_4 to 6 Years_ Bangalore

 
  Understand & interpret upstream and downstream data flow, do data profiling, data mapping and Check Data Quality from Source to Target. 
•    Perform impact analysis of new systems, new interfaces & integration. Work on impact analysis to reference data (domain/dimension; data elements/properties; base members/data sets; hierarchies) to ensure compliance with Data Governance principles. Manage critical relationships with consultants and vendors, internal end users, and business leaders.
•    Implement high-quality solutions by translating business requirements into integration specifications, working with ETL developers to oversee the implementation of ETL designs.
•    Responsible to develop ETL architectural and design patterns, considerations, solution options, and impact.
•    Design, develop, and implementation ETL solutions using Informatica tool.
•    Identification and analysis of data issues impacting financial services organizations.
•    Assist with the development and enforcement of integration standards using knowledge of the current data environment, regulatory issues and industry trends to identify and implement leading industry data practices.
•    Ability to conduct discovery, perform root cause analysis, and make recommendations for the remediation of data quality issues.
•    Facilitation and definition of reporting and analytics business requirements.
•    Provide post-production batch support.
•    Conduct unit test, SIT, and provide UAT support.

Skills    •    Banking domain experience.

Technical Skills    Hands-on experience on:

•    Informatica PowerCenter 9.6.1 
•    Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
•    SQL Query (Teradata / Hadoop) – Intermediate / Advance
•    Oracle – PL/SQL, SQLLoader
•    Hadoop HDFS

Ideal to have but not pre-requisite:

•    Unix AIX basic command & shell scripts 
•    Teradata (TPT)
•    ASG-ZENA (Job scheduler)
•    IBM DataStage ETL Tool
•    JAVA
