Manhattan Wmos/Active | 4 to 14 Years | Pan India

Job Description

•    Understand the warehouse management requirements and configure the Manhattan WMOS/Active software to meet business requirement.
•    Lead and assist in the implementation process, including system setup, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
•    Collaborating with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and integration of WMOS solution.
•    Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to address system bugs, performance bottlenecks, and operational challenges.
•    Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and utilization of the Manhattan WM system. 

Primary Skills

•    Should have gone through multiple customer lifecycle implementation process including hyper-care and post go live support.
•    Should have experience in leading small teams to ensure customer deliverables.
•    Hands On experience on SQL, Putty.
•    Hands On experience in reporting tool SCI (IBM Cognos).

Secondary Skills

•       Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Manhattan WM system. 
•       Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, training guides, and system configuration documentation.
•       Education Preferred - Any Bachelor's Degree.
