Job Description

  • Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met
  • Hands-on business analysis role to analyse and propose solutions for business issues, process changes and functional requirements.
  • Work with different IT teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
  • Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holdersResponsible for doing Requirement Analysis with Front Office users, designing solutions and validating with business.
  • FO Modules of Murex - E-Tradepad, Simulation, Viewers, Pre-Trade Workflow, Market Data, Dynamic Tables, P&L Notepad, FDI Templates, Blotters, Risk Metrices

Primary Skills

  • Implementation knowledge in Murex - Versions 3.1
  • Capability of translating Business Requirements into Murex solutions
  •  Understanding about Trade Pricing, Valuation Models, Risk Management, Sensitivities/Greeks
  • High level  understanding of Murex Architecture and Enterprise Service Architecture
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills accompanied with excellent communication
  • Domain/functional Knowledge should encompass any two or all of the following asset classes : Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX Cash, FX Derivatives, Commodities, Structured Derivatives.
  • Murex Front office Business analysis, including trade pricing, booking.
  • Implementing changes in Murex, such as Rate curve configuration, Market Rate Sheets, etc.
  • Strong Pre-trade and E-Tradepad configuration experience.
  • Strong exposure of trade lifecycle across front office, back office and middle office tiers.
  • A strong analytical and logical approach to problem solving and system development.

Secondary Skills

  • Ability to analyze and understand product requirements and offer solutions and support to facilitate the rollouts.
  • Knowledge of PL Analysis in Murex at the deal and portfolio level.
  • Good knowledge of how to analyze P&L and sensitivity issues within Murex
  • Good knowledge on accounting module of murex.
  • Good understanding of complete Trade life cycle of all products & corresponding business processes
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis skills
  • Advance level knowledge of MS excel and other MS office applications
