Nutanix Support Engineer | 6 to 9 years | Mumbai, Pune & Bengaluru

Job Description

• Strong experience in working in an IT support and operations role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, compute, network, storage, and virtualization technologies legacy and hyper-converged environments.
• Strong understanding and experience in working with virtualized data-centre technologies and appliances Nutanix, vCenter, Prism, VxRail, VMware etc.
• Networking Have a solid understanding of cloud networking capabilities, including network access control lists, security groups, and DNS resolution to effectively triage automation issues and failures.
• Scripting experience and knowledge with Microsoft PowerShell to build scripts that automate manual infrastructure tasks and activities.

Primary Skills

• IT infrastructure, compute, network, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Virtualized data-centre technologies and appliances Nutanix, vCenter, Prism, VxRail, VMware etc.
• Cloud networking capabilities.

Secondary Skills

• Communication strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate messages, status and updates to end users, technical teams and management. The candidate must be able to communicate complex technical issues with sensitivity to diverse audiences and level of technical understanding.
• Problem-solving must possess analytical and problem-solving skills that are required to manage multiple technical challenges simultaneously.
• Documentation ability to produce clear and concise documentation that can assist the team and organization in understanding and supporting the MCP / CALM service
