Risk BA | 4 to 6 years | Bengaluru

Job Description

•  Strong understanding of Business Analysis concepts, SDLC methodologies and Operating models (Agile & Waterfall) with ability to gather requirements, document BRD/FRD, and drive the BA workflow
• Knowledge in Capital Market, Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Experience on Market Risk, Credit Risk, VaR calculation, stress etc
• Experience working with large and complex data sets, understanding data flows and enrichment processes. 

Primary Skills

• Strong understanding of Business Analysis concepts, SDLC methodologies and Operating models (Agile & Waterfall) with ability to gather requirements, document BRD/FRD, and drive the BA workflow

Secondary Skills

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working in an agile environment and related prioritization routines.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; individually or in front of a group
