SAP Life Sciences Delivery Leader

Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive as a life sciences domain Delivery Leader. The Candidate will:

• Drive Large S/4HANA transformation project in North America region life sciences domain from Offshore.
• Provide strategic leadership to the team of Offshore project managers managing SAP projects in North America region life sciences domain.
• Actively involved in Proposals, Client Presentations and Solution Building along with PreSales teams.
• Actively participate in Contracts and SOW Management
• Develop strong business relationship with all levels of the organization.
• Work effectively with a distributed (insourced and outsourced) multi-culture international team, across time-zones with minimal supervision
• Provide architecture recommendations, options, and pros/cons on potential changes to SAP landscape, implementation scope and functional solutions.

Primary Skills

The incumbent will have 16-25 years of experience as an Account Delivery leader in any of the SAP Technical/Functional domain with a strong project track record. A bachelor’s degree is required:

• Minimum 20 years of overall experience
• Minimum 15 years of experience in one or multiple SAP streams.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in leading the large transformation projects in CPRS domain with S/4HANA transformation delivery.

Secondary Skills

• Should have strong leadership skills to lead a team of project managers across multiple locations in India.
• Should be able to do client presentations, lead POC developments, contribute towards RFP responses.
