Job Description

• Certified in  SAP SuccessFactors RCM
• 3 Years of Experience in  Implementation & Support of SAP SuccessFactors RCM and RMK with client facing roles.
• Worked on the RCM Integration with EC & Onboarding
• Should have worked on Job Requisition Templates, Job Requisition Field permissions, configured requisition headers and footers. Configured Candidate Profile Template.
• Configuration of workflow for job requisition template/route map.
• Setting up interviews is a functionality that can be configured against one or more in-progress statuses in the Talent Pipeline.
• Should have configured Interviews and related features.
• Knowledge of Recruitment Posting and Managing Recruitment Posting
• Good Communication Skills
